This includes:

Improving the Standard Agreement for procuring flexibility services across DSO and ESO. The new Agreement will mean that flexibility providers have minimal legal costs in engaging with the market.
Aligning sign-up and pre-qualification processes for flexibility service procurement, ensuring a simpler and more consistent user experience across the country.
Aligning definitions of DSO flexibility products, making it easier for flexibility providers to identify which services they’re best placed to offer.
